Very low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 19 August. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. Quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions and fair to normal HF propagation
conditions are predicted. No short-wave fadeouts expected. A CME may
clip Earth late on 19 August and cause active geomagnetic conditions.
