Low solar activity is expected for today, 7 Feb, with a chance of
C-class flares and a remote chance of an isolated M-class flare. The
increased in solar activity is due flaring potential of Region 2699,
which is currently located at S09E52 and rotating towards earth. The
solar wind speeds are expected to be mostly near background levels.
The geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be mostly at quiet levels
today, 7 Feb. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to
use near monthly predicted frequencies.
