[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 November - issued 2325UT/23-Nov-2017 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Solar activity was Very Low today (23 November UT day). Very Low solar
flare activity is expected for the next three UT days (24 to 26
November). Quiet to Unsettled geomagnetic conditions were observed
today. Mostly Quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected for the next 3
days with slight possibility of isolated Unsettled periods on 24
November. Variable HF conditions ranging from slight enhancements to
notable depressed MUFs by 25% were observed today. Mostly normal HF
conditions may be expected for the next three days.
