Very Low solar flare activity expected for 23Nov. Coronal hole effects
in progress with solar wind speed declining over the next 24 hours
from Moderate to Light. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to Unsettled
levels. High-frequency radio communications mostly Normal at all
latitudes with MUF depressions of ~20% possible over the UT day.
