Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on 26-Feb, with only
one active solar region. The solar wind remain light. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet levels, but there could be some unsettled
periods on 26-Feb if the interplanetary magnetic field is oriented
southward for an extended period. High-frequency radio communications
experienced some lowered maximum useable frequencies on 25-Feb, but
are likely to be near normal for 26-Feb.
