Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 25-Feb. The solar
wind remains light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels, with
the chance of some unsettled periods 25-Feb. High-frequency radio
communications are mostly normal with isolated degraded conditions at
high latitudes.
