Low Solar Activity, with a slight chance of an isolated Moderate
event. Solar wind speeds are presently above 500 km/s. Mildly elevated
solar wind speeds are expected to persist today 26 Oct. Geomagnetic
conditions will range from Quiet to Unsettled levels. Conditions for
HF radio wave propagation will be mostly Normal to Fair.
