Low Solar Activity, with the chance of an isolated Moderate event.
Quiet geomagnetic conditions until a possible glancing blow from the
CME launched on 22/0312UT impacts Earth late in the UT day, today 24
Oct, then expect Active conditions with possible isolated periods of
Minor Storm levels in the Southern regions of Australia and the
Antarctic. Aurora watchers located in Tasmania and southern Victoria
should monitor conditions this weekend in case the conditions become
more severe than expected. Conditions for HF radio wave propagation
will be mostly normal to fair.
