Solar flare activity is low. The solar wind remains strong to very
strong. Geomagnetic conditions are mostly unsettled with some quiet
and some active periods. High-frequency radio communications have
returned to mostly normal with isolated degraded conditions at high
latitudes and mild maximum useable frequency depressions at times.
