Solar flare activity over the last 24 hours was low. The solar wind
speed has declined somewhat is still strong, most likely due to a
south pole coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions reached minor storm
levels at times on 9-Mar. Unsettled to active conditions are expected
for 20-Mar. HF conditions have improved, but MUF mild depressions are
still likely at times.
