[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 26 June - issued 2357UT/25-Jun-2015

Region 2371 produced another large M7.9 flare and an associated
partial halo CME with predicted arrival time mid to late in the UT day
27Jun. Low to Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of High
activity. Moderate to Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
Quiet to Unsettled levels for 26Jun. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible. High-frequency radio communications poor at High latitudes
with current pca event and periods of depressed maximum user
frequencies of ~20% for Low to Mid latitudes.
