Low to Moderate solar flare activity with a chance of High activity.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects in progress. Moderate to Strong
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to Unsettled levels with
possible Active periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications Fair at High latitudes with
possible depressed maximum user frequencies for Low to Mid latitudes.
