[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 23 June - issued 0340UT/23-Jun-2015

Moderate to High solar flare activity expected over the next 3 days.
Another full halo CME is expected to arrive in the first half of the
UT day 24Jun. The CME is from the M6.5 flare on 1823UT/22Jun.
Significant coronal mass ejection effects currently in progress.
Strong to Very Strong solar wind expected for the next 24-48 hours
with Unsettled to Minor Storm geomagnetic conditions. Short-wave radio
fadeouts likely. High-frequency radio communications poor at high
latitudes (polar cap absorption event) with depressed ionospheric
support for Low to Mid latitudes.
