[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 12 July - issued 2345UT/11-Jul-2015

Low solar flare activity is expected on 12-Jul. Effects from the
coronal hole high speed wind stream that arrived on 10-Jul, are still
in progress, including a strong solar wind. Though the subsequent
increase geomagnetic activity has now mostly subsided, some unsettled
periods on 12-Jul are possible. High-frequency radio communications
are likely to be mostly normal with isolated degraded conditions
especially at high latitudes.
