[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 11 July - issued 2341UT/10-Jul-2015

Low solar flare activity is expected on 11-Jul. A coronal hole high
speed wind stream arrived around 21 UT on 10-Jul, and its effects are
now in progress, including a strong solar wind, and increasing
geomagnetic activity which could reach minor storm levels today.
High-frequency radio communications are likely to be mostly normal
with isolated degraded conditions.
