Low solar flare activity is expected for 17-Jan. The solar wind is
light, but likely to increase with predicted minor coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are likely to remain at quiet to
unsettled levels. High-frequency radio communications are normal with
possible isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
