Low solar flare activity is expected on 16-Jan. The solar wind is
light to moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet. High-frequency
radio communications are normal with isolated degraded conditions at
high latitudes. A possible CME glancing blow early on 16-Jan could
result in active geomagnetic periods with a small chance of aurora
sightings from Tasmania that night.
