Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects possible
late in the UT day Dec 18. Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet levels with possible storm onset late in the UT
day Dec 18 to early in the UT day Dec 19. High-frequency radio
communications normal. A sequence of coronal mass ejection impacts of
minor severity is anticipated Dec 18-19. Depending on the timing and
persistence of the event, auroral sightings may be possible from
Southern Australian locations on the night of Dec 19.
