[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 24 August - issued 0801UT/24-Aug-2015

An M5.6 solar flare and strong type III radio sweeps have been
observed from region 2403 located towards the centre of the visible
disk. GONG solar telescope optical observations from Learmonth suggest
a CME may be possible with this flaring. Stay tuned for further
updates.
