Very low solar flare activity. Moderate coronal hole effects in
progress. Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to
minor storm levels. High-frequency radio communications mostly normal
to fair with the possibility of poor HF conditions on high and some
mid latitude locations.
