[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 09 March - issued 0013UT/09-Mar-2014

An M1.2 flare was observed at 2341UT most likely from newly numbered
region 2002((S19E64). Minor coronal hole high speed stream may elevate
solar wind speeds to Moderate levels. Geomagnetic conditions at
unsettled to active levels. There may be a slight lowering in MUFs
values, however mostly normal High-frequency radio communications are
expected.
