Most solar active regions are fairly stable or declining at present.
Further C class flares are probable today. Minor coronal hole effects
possible. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to
active levels. There may be a slight lowering in MUFs values, however
mostly normal High-frequency radio communications are expected.
