Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of high activity. Light
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications normal to good
at low to mid latitudes, Poor HF radio conditions at high latitudes
due to a Polar Cap Absorption event from solar protons, associated
with yesterdays X4.9 flare from AR1990.
