Solar flare activity is currently low, however a sunspot region near
the centre of the Solar disc has a fair chance of producing M class
flares over the next few days. Brief fadeouts for HF communicators may
be experienced due to this potential flare activity. Geomagnetic
conditions are quiet, Unsettled to Active conditions may be experience
on the 14th and 15th of October due to a coronal hole high speed wind
stream and a possible glancing blow from a CME. The maximum useable
frequency for HF communications is at normal to enhanced levels.
