[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 02 November - issued 2349UT/01-Nov-2013

Solar activity reached High levels during 1 November due to an
isolated M6-flare. Solar activity is expected to be mostly Low during
2 November with the chance of M-class flares. Solar wind has been
predominantly light and is expected to be mostly light for 2 November
producing mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions for the Australian
region. HF conditions are expected to be variable for 2 November
ranging from normal to good with isolated depressions. There is still
the chance of SWFs.
