[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 01 November - issued 0038UT/01-Nov-2013

Solar regions have simplified and mostly Low levels are expected for 1
November with the small chance of M-class flares. A weak CME impacted
the Earth during 31 October with less significant effects than
forecast. Solar wind is expected to be mostly Moderate to Light
resulting in mostly Unsettled to Quiet geomagnetic conditions for the
Australian region. HF conditions have been variable and are expected
to be variable for 1 November ranging from normal to good with
isolated depressions. There is still the chance of SWFs.
