Solar flare activity has been low to moderate and is expected to
decline as sunspot groups disappear behind the western limb of the
sun. The solar wind speed is moderate and minor coronal mass ejection
effects are possible later today. Geomagnetic conditions may reach
unsettled to active levels. High-frequency radio communications are
presently normal. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible today.
