The edge of a coronal mass ejection (CME) observed on the 12th of
March is expected to make a glancing blow on the Earth sometime on the
UT day 15th of March. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be Active
after the arrival of this event, followed by Unsettled conditions.
Solar flare activity is at low levels. Solar wind conditions are
normal. Maximum useable frequencies for High-frequency radio
communications may be mildly depressed in polar regions and Tasmania
from local night on the 15th of March until the 17th of March.
