Low solar flare activity. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions
at quiet levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications normal. A full halo earthward directed CME was
observed early on 11 April with an estimated arrival late on 13 April.
Major geomagnetic storm and mild to significant MUF depressions and
degradations in HF conditions may be expected late on 13 April and
through most parts of the day on 14 April.
