Moderate to high solar flare activity likely due to a large and
complex region which has already produced a number of M-class flares.
Light solar wind increasing on 23 Nov in response to the 20 Nov CME.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels becoming active on
23 Nov due to the CME. High-frequency radio communications normal at
all latitudes with degraded conditions likely on 24 Nov. Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. Possible aurora sightings at higher latitudes
after about 16 UT 23 Nov.
