Moderate solar flare activity expected. Light to moderate solar wind
increasing on 23 Nov due to the effects of coronal mass ejection (CME)
on 20 Nov. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels,
becoming active on 23 Nov due to the CME. High-frequency radio
communications normal to good at low to mid latitudes with some
degraded conditions at high latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible.
