Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects in
progress. Strong solar wind stream which should persist for the next
1-2 days. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to active levels.
Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications normal at low to mid latitudes with generally poor
conditions at high latitudes.
