The most active region on the sun has subsided, so only low solar
flare activity is expected. Minor coronal hole effects are in
progress, leading to a strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions are
at quiet to unsettled levels as a result of the coronal hole.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be mostly normal.
