Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected, with a chance of
high activity. Minor coronal hole effects are in progress. The solar
wind speed is light to moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet
to unsettled levels with isolated active periods. Slightly depressed
maximum useable frequencies are expected. Short-wave radio fadeouts
are possible due to a solar region that is producing strong flares.
