SUBJ: ASWFC GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 26/62
ISSUED AT 0727UT/11 OCTOBER 2026
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

G1-G2 planetary geomagnetic conditions are forecast for 11-Oct 
due to ongoing CME effects following a CME arrival on 10-Oct. 
These conditions are expected to decline to G1 on 12-Oct. G1 
conditions are expected on 13-Oct due to coronal hole high-speed 
wind stream effects from southern hemisphere and equatorial coronal 
holes.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED 
DUE TO CORONAL MASS EJECTION
