SUBJ: ASWFC GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 26/16
ISSUED AT 2130UT/17 MARCH 2026
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

A CME was launched on 16-Mar and is expected to arrive at Earth 
from 1800 UTC +/- 10 hours on 19-Mar. This CME is expected to 
induce G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions, either from late 19-Mar 
or else early on 20-Mar.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED 
DUE TO CORONAL MASS EJECTION
