ISSUED AT 0547UT/17 JANUARY 2026
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

The Earth is expected to enter a coronal hole high-speed wind 
stream by 18-Jan. G1 geomagnetic activity, with a chance of G2, 
is expected on 18-Jan. G1 conditions are forecast for 19-Jan.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED 
DUE TO CORONAL HOLE HIGH SPEED WIND STREAM
