SUBJ: ASWFC GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 25/18
ISSUED AT 2114UT/19 MARCH 2025
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

G1 geomagnetic activity is expected at the end of UT day 19-Mar 
and to carry in to 20-Mar. The source of this is possibly a remnant 
coronal hole that is no longer visible. A CME is expected to 
arrive in the first half of UT day 20-Mar; should solar wind 
conditions remain at a similar level, G1-G2 activity is possible 
due to the arrival.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED 
DUE TO CORONAL MASS EJECTION
