SUBJ: ASWFC GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 23/56
ISSUED AT 0120UT/23 SEPTEMBER 2023
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

Numerous CMEs have been observed over the past few days. Glancing 
blows are possible on 24 and 25 Sep, although confidence is low 
regarding the timing and strength. An equatorial coronal hole 
wind stream is expected to becoming geoeffective by 23-Sep and 
likely combine with some CME activity. Despite low confidence 
regarding impacts, the combination of the CMEs, coronal hole and proximity 
to the September equinox gives a high likelihood of some activity 
occurring over the forecast period.
