SUBJ: ASWFC GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 23/08
ISSUED AT 0044UT/26 FEBRUARY 2023
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

*** REVISED FROM GWOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 23/07 *** A 
CME was observed from 24/2036UT and has been analysed to impact 
Earth from 27/0200 UT ± 7 hours. Additionally, an equatorial 
coronal hole high speed wind stream is expected to rotate into 
a geoeffective position at this time. A second CME was observed 
from 25/1938UT and has been analysed to have a glancing impact 
on 28/0100UT ± 12 hours. While modelling suggests 27 Feb at the 
most likely day of impact, there is a chance the onset of the 
geomagnetic activity may begin on 26 Feb.
