COMMENT: On UT day 13 November, solar activity was very low,
with one low C-class flare from active region 2894. There are
currently two other numbered regions on the visible disk: AR2893
and AR2895. AR 2893 will soon rotate to the far-side of the sun.
Solar activity is expected to be very low on 14-16 November with
a chance of more C-class flares. No Earth directed CMEs were
observed in the available coronagraph data. On UT day 13 November,
the solar wind speed was near its nominal levels, varying between
310 and 380 km/s. The total IMF (Bt) was mostly steady near 5
nT and the north-south IMF (Bz) component range was mostly +/-3
nT. Solar wind speed is expected to be mostly near background
levels on UT days 14-16 November.

Observed Regional daily pc3 Indices 13 Nov :
      Darwin 13 (Quiet)
      Townsville 0 (Quiet)

Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3-indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3-indices for that station and have been shown to be
well correlated with rejection of high resolution aeromagnetic
survey flight-line data.

NOTE: Indices may have been generated from data obtained in
cooperation with the following organisations: Geoscience Australia,
University of Newcastle Space Physics Group, Australian Government
Antarctic Division and International Center for Space Weather
Science and Education, Japan.
