COMMENT: The solar wind speed reached approximately 480 km/s 
and then returned to normal levels over the last 24 hours.

cooperation with the following organisations: Geoscience Australia, 
University of Newcastle Space Physics Group, Australian Government 
Antarctic Division and Space Environment Research Center, Japan.
