   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressed to 25% at
      Mundaring, Hobart and Christchurch mostly during
      night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):

      mostly between 00-09 UT.
