COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region were mostly near predicted values on UT day 11-Sep. Spread-F 
was observed in Learmonth and Hobart during local night hours. 
MUFs are expected to be near predicted values over 12-14 Sep, 
with 15% enhancements.
