COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region were near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed on 
UT day 8-Sep. Spread-F was observed in Perth and Hobart during 
local night hours. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted 
values over 9-11 Sep, with some further nighttime depressions 
of 15% possible over 9-10 Sep.
