COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region were mostly near predicted values. Spread-F was observed 
in Hobart during local night hours. MUFs are expected to be near 
predicted values over 3-5 Sep to 15% enhanced. towards the end 
of the period.
