      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 25-Mar were near predicted values to 20% depressed. 
Spread-F was observed in Hobart and conditions were degraded 
in Darwin during local night hours. MUFs are expected to continue 
recovering to near predicted monthly values over 26-28 Mar.
