      Enhanced by 40% during local day.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Enhanced by 20% during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 8-Mar were near predicted values to 20% enhanced. 
Sporadic-E was observed in Norfolk Island and in Canberra during 
local night hours. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted 
values over 9-11 Mar.
