      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum Usable Frequencies (MUFs) on UT day 19-Feb in 
the Australian region were near predicted monthly values. Spread

to be near predicted monthly values over 20-22 Feb.
