COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 27-Aug were near predicted monthly values. Spread-F 
was observed at Perth during local night hours. MUFs are expected 
to be near predicted monthly values to 10-15% depressed on 28-Aug 
due to anticipated geomagnetic activity. MUFs are expected to 
be near predicted monthly values over 29-30 Aug. Isolated minor 
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
